2- 1930’s this was called old Pot metal made into beautiful clip on shoe decoration.
each one has 38 rhinestones and are worn but in good condition. on one bow we replaced 2 stones after cleaning. I don’t think they would fit shoes these days, but they make cute decor in a frame that keeps them in good condition away from the elements of the air, and debre. No signs of tarnish or build up they are nice and clean.
